Comments:	The average age of the vines is 20 years. Brilliant straw yellow with green highlights, persistent grapefruit and exotic fruit fragrance. Fine, elegant wine with dry, long and persistent flavor that confirms to the palate the aromas revealed to the nose. Serve as aperitif at 8°-10°C (46.4°-60°F), or with seafood hors d'oeuvres, soups, slightly spicy sauces and grilled seafood. It's perfect with shellfish and excellent with Aragosta alla Catalana or all'Alghese (Lobster Catalan-Style or Alghero-Style).
