Comments:	Fermented in stainless steel vats at a controlled temperature from 28° to 30°C (82.4° to 86°F), before resting for three months in Slavic oak barrels. The wine has intense ruby red color, with elegant, intensely winy aroma. In the mouth it is harmonic, dry, sapid, slightly tannic, delicate and velvety. Pairs perfectly with typical Tuscan recipes such as pici (type of big spaghetti, whose diameter is never under 3mm [0.118inches]), pappardelle (wider tagliolini-like pasta), polenta, salami and roasted red meat, as well as Italian cold cuts and aged cheese. Serve at 18°-20°C (64.4° to 68°F). Ages gracefully for five to eight years.
