Commenti:	This wine is well suited for those looking for a young, drinkable fruity red. A 48 hours pre-maceration period at 15°C is followed by 10 days fermentation at 28°C. Maturation lasts for 8 months in stainless steel vats and is followed by 3 months in bottles before release. The wine is released the spring following the harvest. Ripe fruit perfume with hints of spices, mint and cherry jam. The ripe tannins and lively acidity complement the macerated fruit flavor and leather finish.
