Comments:	This white wine is made with Ansonica grapes, a native Tuscan Maremma vine, particularly from the Capalbio zone. The grapes are harvested early and fermentation is done in stainless steel vats at controlled temperature (11° to 15°C., or 51.8° to 59°F.). The wine is light straw yellow colored and the perfume is fresh, intense and floral. To the palate it reveals full body with hints of flowers and ripe fruits.
