Comments:	Intense ruby red color. The aroma is full and fragrant, slightly reminiscent of grass, black cherry, raspberry, blackberry and cranberry. To the taste, it is dry, well structured and sapid. Excellent with roasted meat and aged cheeses. Serve at 15 - 18°C (59 - 64°F).
