Comments:	The Refosco dal Peduncolo Rosso (Refosco with the Red Stem) is an ancient native vine which produces the typical wine from Faedis, in the province of Udine. The grapes of this fertile, high production vine generate a ruby red wine with purple highlights. The nose is perfumed, intense and pleasant. Sapid, with consistent body, it is slightly tannic to the palate and perfectly balanced. Excellent paired with red meat and wild game. Serve at 15 - 18°C (59 - 64°F).
