  1. Returns Policy Overview
    You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned in their original product packaging. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Just read the following and make sure that one or more of the required conditions are met, then print your return mailing label. We strongly suggest that you return the purchased item(s) with a tracking number, so your carrier of choice may notify you when we receive your returned item(s).

    You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper; however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
  2. Items that are Not Returnable for Full Refund
    • Items purchased over 30 days before returning
    • Broken items
    • Orders returned with missing parts
    • Returned item(s) that have obvious signs of use
  3. Partial Refunds/Restocking Fees
    • Any opened item in original condition that is returned within 30 days of delivery: 90% of item price.
    • Any unopened item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: 75% of item price.
    • Any opened item in original condition that is returned more than 30 days after delivery: 65% of item price.
    • Any opened item that has obvious signs of use: 50% of items price.
    • Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error: up to 50% of item price, evaluated case by case.

    If you return an item using the return mailing label and the reason for return is not a result of our error, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund.
  4. Receiving a Refund
    For items returned, expect your refund within 4 weeks maximum of giving your package to the return shipper (though in most cases you'll receive the refund much sooner).
    This time period includes:
    • 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
    • 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return
    • The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (see below for specific guidelines)
  5. How Refunds are Issued
    Refunds are issued by sending a check by mail in the name of the buyer at the address where the returned order was originally shipped. You may request to have the cheek made to a different person and/or addressed to a different location. You may also request that amount be refunded in another way and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
  6. Exchanges
    If you received a faulty item and need to exchange it for the same or a similar item, please print a return mailing label (you will be refunded your original purchase price once we receive the item) and place another order for the item you wish to purchase. You do not have to wait for us to receive the original item before placing the new order.

  7. Using our Return Mailing Label
    To return item(s) ordered on Emporio-Italia.com, please use our official return mailing label exclusively. In addition, please DO NOT include items from different orders in the same box, because you may not receive the correct refund.

    If the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), we'll pay the return shipping costs.

    If the return is not the result of our error, the purchaser must cover the shipping cost for the returned item(s), and the original cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund as well.
